Liked: I likes nothing the room smelled bad and the door was like broken I dint even stay I left right away can I get a refund

Disliked: The place was disgusting. We requested refund. Been over a month ago and still haven’t gotten it. Can’t contact booking. Get not responses and same from red roof. Will never use booking.com again for sure

Liked: No breakfast just coffee
Disliked: The 1st night the room was great. The second night we ended up switching rooms 2 times because the rooms smelled like Marijuana and my 6 year old granddaughter couldn't stand the smell as well as myself. The rooms are all supposed to be none smoking but I don't think it's enforced well. The room we ended up in was in dire need of repair the bathroom door was broken the baseboards were dirty and gross. My review would have been much better if we could have gotten the same room the 2nd night but it had already been rented.
