Liked: I liked being able to have my dog with us at no extra charge.
Disliked: I was planning on booking my room for 2 more nights so I went to the chevron at the bottom of the hill to get cash out to pay for my room, while I was at the Chevron my card got jammed inside the ATM machine. It took the gas station clerk about 20mins to retrieve my card from the machine. During that time I had a missed call from the hotel and my son. I called my son back and he told me they were putting all our stuff out of the room and we had 5 mins to vacate the property. I called the hotel office and explained to them what had happened, told them I have the money for my room and could be back in less than 5 mins to pay for my room. They told me they don't do late checkout and the manager said we had to leave the property. Not only did they put our stuff out of the room instead of just letting me pay to rebook the room, they also listed me as unable to reserve a room with Red Roof Inn ever again. Of course I'll be calling the cooperation and hopefully they handle this in a more reasonable manner than putting a mother and her child out the day after christmas! Bahumbug! Worst staff I've ever encountered! Not to mention all the drains were clogged! We had to buy bleach and scrub the black off the tub and pour it down the drains to get any water to go down them, the cleanliness was also not up to par! Poor service in all areas!

Liked: The manager her name is Nita. She’s very discipline person. She don’t treat people in nice way she’s bossy. She’s in the pro world. I don’t even want to talk to her again or see her again. I never see anybody like that. She’s in the front attitude. I cannot think have to see
Disliked: Receiving people in nice sweet, speak to people with the world, Malcolm and be more cooperated not like to be possible people
