Liked: I didn’t stay as I planned and made reservations for a week in advanced. I requested a certain accommodation and received an email of confirmation but when I arrived they did not have the room I requested.

Disliked: Non smoking room smell like smoke with cigarettes burns, floor was not mopped. Feet turned black when stepping on floors without shoes. Lighting need update. Small claustrophobic restroom.

Liked: I like being on the bottom floor. I wish they would hold the ice machine up longer because sometimes we get in late and we want ice and can't get it but other than that it was great.
Disliked: the ice machine was locked up after 10:00 p.m.

Liked: How clean the office was ,the rooms are not as clean as the office is. I feel that they care more about their office appearance. Rather, the room appearance and smell.
Disliked: How the rooms smelt like cigarettes and Marijuana. When they say it is a smoke free room... Explain this to me if it's A smoke free room why In the hell does the room's smell like marijuana and Cigarette smoke.???

Liked: Thesize of the room was quite large….enough that I could roll a ball on the floor nd my dog could go after it. The room was the largest motel room I have ever had. Big plus, especially when traveling with a dog.
Disliked: everything was pretty good, but the lighting, although there were plenty of different lights/lighting was either too dark or way too bright. The lighting beside bed was much too bright , imo.

Liked: I actually did not stay there. The rooms very filthy and the area was not safe.
Disliked: Lack of cleanliness and customer service .
