She told me that since I refused to wash the sheets, I couldn't come back to this place. If you stay here, don't sleep on the bed. You won't get your deposit back.

Liked: I liked the front desk staff for their knowledgeable attentiveness. I did not like that the room smelled of smoke, carpeting by the beds were sour smelling and the toilet flushed slowly and did not have much force.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable
Disliked: No microwave or pot to warm water for tea. The first room we were in before I requested a change, couldn’t get the temperature up past 65. The door to the outside had nearly a 1/2” space where the outside air was blowing in. The outside temps were in the teens. The elevator was broken the entire time. Required to leave a $100 fee that was returned, why for this bottom line hotel.
