Disliked: dirty room, clogged bathroom (bathtub, sink and toilet), lots of homeless people in the parking lot, employees passing by talking loudly all the time at the room window, I had to go to reception 2 to 3 times a day to reactivate the door card.

Liked: Police patrolling parking lot. No bugs.
Disliked: Broken, constantly running toilet. Cracked finish on tub, big chip missing. Finding a sex toy left behind on the floor next to the bed, no trashcan or trash bags in the room. Floor warped and peeling up. No remote for TV. Elevator broken and not noted. Security deposit of 100 required at check-in, not posted clearly upon booking, and now have to wait 8-10 business days to get the deposit back. Ice rooms locked every floor except the 1st floor.

Disliked: There were flies in the room. There was a large hole in the pipe under the sink, causing a pool of water on the floor and my ankles! The bed near the bathroom was not securely anchored, thus causing a near fall onto the floor!! Also our check in time at 4:00 when we arrived, the room was not ready. We had to return at least 30 minutes later, when check in time was stated at 3pm.

Bad

Liked: that it was close to our friend when she was in the hospital after being hit by a train in sebring.
Disliked: it was disgusting and not cleaned. there was a dead bug on my bathroom floor. and the creepy guy at the front desk got a room right next to ours.
