Outstanding service

Liked: AJ and his team are always welcoming and friendly. He knew I had a illness in my family and immediately asked how my mother was doing. Thank you that means a lot to our family. I would and will always recommend this property.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. This property is clean, well maintained and any requests are met with a friendly smile and a yes.

BEDBUGS

Liked: Tv fridge and microwave
Disliked: BEDBUGS!!!!mattresses were encased in bedbug bags and had significant blood spotting. We didn't see any live bugs so we assumed that it was an old infestation. I took my personal pillow from home. Woke up and found a dime size blood spot on my pillow case. Obviously they still live there. In other news.The light above lavatory sink was out. Wife couldn't see to put on makeup or take meds.The shower regulator valve falls off in your hand.The door does not seal properly leaving holes large enough for mice or snakes.The toilet didn't flush with enough pressure, requiring 3 flushes.

Do Not Recommend

Disliked: Price was astronomical for the quality of the room. Price for one night was over $300.00 and room was not clean. Stains on comforter and floors. Walls had damage, TV did not work and bug in room.

Pleasant

Liked: Front desk was so very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean!
Disliked: The bed was so very uncomfortable and the smell of the room was yucky, but it was a pet friendly facility.

Bad

Liked: Place was terrible smell and old plus bugs as soon as I walked in .

Exceptional

Liked: Clean, well maintained room.
Disliked: Nothing

Mediocre

Disliked: No TV all weekend because of cable torn from wall only two towels all weekend. Have been staying at this hotel for several years for family reunions but will not be back

Liked: The location was excellent
Disliked: The bathtub was slippery & the toilet was too low & had a poor flush.Although the bathtub seems to be helped by a byproduct application, I suggest maybe a handle somewhere.
