Convenient, room could be updated.

Liked: Room was big, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The area seemed to be slightly run down, but it was only a 20 minute walk into town so not too bad, though I would not like doing that walk as a solo traveller. Bed was very large which was great for my tall partner, and the linen was clean and towels seemed to be changed daily. The only downside was that the room could do with a proper deep clean, plenty of mildew and quite a few ants, less used areas of the room were a bit dusty. Overall if it was slightly updated it could be excellent, lamps were broken and the clock was stuck on the wrong time.

Liked: Groupa the staff member was amazing, she really took time to look after us upon arrival and show us around as well as be very polite. The motel itself was beautiful and spacious. The pool could do with some cleaning but other than that the stay was exceptional.

Liked: The staff are amazing, I've stayed here twice now nd the staff have bn very friendly both times. I luv the thermal bath as well. I felt like I was on a holiday. I luv this place.

Liked: Thank you for giving us more time to pack up before leaving. We woke up late and rushed to keep all our stuff but Red Rock Thermal Motel was kind enough to extend our stay; giving us ample time. Thank you! Much appreciated
