Located perfected, nothing else going...

Liked: Walking distance from Winstar Casino. Great location for the property.
Disliked: The property was advertised as newly remodeled yada yada, but there was a hole in the wall behind our door when we walked in where someone had pushed the door too hard and hit the wall. The towels were stained and I had to get them replaced at the desk. The pillows were small and flat and the mattress felt like you were sleeping just on a box spring.The milk was sour at breakfast. The orange juice was watered down. The microwave had to be unplugged to unlock the door after warming something. It was bad enough that my wife and I were joking about how bad it was with other couples and warning each other about what not to try.

Liked: Everything was so clean and well decorated. The staff was very nice
Disliked: The carpet where it meets the tile is frayed.

Decent - would stay again

Liked: This property is about 1 minute from the Casino. The lobby and room was nice looking. Room was very dark at night.
Disliked: There was someone’s food leftover in the refrigerator in the room. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was not impressive: the cereal dispenser didn’t work and cereal was stale. Very limited options on food.

Overall the stay was good

Disliked: The king studio didn't have big pillows it had small pillows that wasn't comfortable

Staff very friendly, but I...

Liked: Convenient and close to the WinStar Casino. Disappointed because they didn’t have a shuttle to the casino.We had stayed there before and they didn’t have a shuttle.
Disliked: When we walked in, the place smelled moldy and old. The air condition was not blowing the air strong enough. The room was literally hot. We did not stay our second paid day. Management said since I didn’t book with them, I probably was not going to get a refund. Had I booked directly with them, I could have gotten a refund. I will seriously consider booking directly with any hotel next time.

Liked: Location and cleanliness were great
Disliked: Value was terrible. For the overall price of the room, the breakfast was a joke. Shower was not good. Pillows were not great either, they were small and square. I can tell there has been a fairly recent renovation, however the shower head was terrible. No pressure. Water was super soft. With that you need more pressure. Shower curtain was dilapidated. Pricing the room to be comparable to the casino is a joke. Overall I just thought the value was terrible. I expect better for the price.
