Poor

Disliked: Had a problem with the water not turning completely off in the shower. Notified front desk but nothing was done.

Only reason we stayed here...

Liked: Close to Lucas Oil Live. Served great coffee.
Disliked: Bed was too hard. Did not get a good nights rest. Kleenex box was empty. Time on clock was not changed to current time therefore I got up too early. Could have gotten another hour of sleep. For the price of the room they could improve on breakfast.

I stayed for a concert...

Liked: It was walking distance to the WinStar Casino.

The room that I stayed...

Liked: It was very close to two casinos. Also, the room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Disliked: Some of the towels were stained and did not look clean.

Stay was ok and comfortable

Liked: I rated a 9 above due to this area, it was lacking in more breakfast choices. Ok basic a “light” breakfast.

Disliked: no TV the staff couldn't get the TV to work and we arrive at 10pm I asked can we check out at 12noon he said "no check out is at 11"
