Liked: Convenient and close to the WinStar Casino. Disappointed because they didn’t have a shuttle to the casino.We had stayed there before and they didn’t have a shuttle.
Disliked: When we walked in, the place smelled moldy and old. The air condition was not blowing the air strong enough. The room was literally hot. We did not stay our second paid day. Management said since I didn’t book with them, I probably was not going to get a refund. Had I booked directly with them, I could have gotten a refund. I will seriously consider booking directly with any hotel next time.

Liked: Location and cleanliness were great
Disliked: Value was terrible. For the overall price of the room, the breakfast was a joke. Shower was not good. Pillows were not great either, they were small and square. I can tell there has been a fairly recent renovation, however the shower head was terrible. No pressure. Water was super soft. With that you need more pressure. Shower curtain was dilapidated. Pricing the room to be comparable to the casino is a joke. Overall I just thought the value was terrible. I expect better for the price.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible! I came down at 9:30 am and the chairs were on top of the tables and there was not much left to eat. I was able to make a waffle but that was all. What they called orange juice was nothing more than orange water and tasted terrible. The room was old and we couldn't get any heat only air conditioning! Not staying there again!

Disliked: The condition of the room was not worth the money. Our floor was taped together with clear packaging tape. Our AC unit didn’t cool our room and we slept with our window open. We did call and ask about our AC unit. We were then asked if we turned it down.
