Disliked: Location. Also had some trouble opening our door after the concert.

Liked: The coffee in the breakfast area was decentAnnalise was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The rooms are in various levels of disrepair, dirty, and the setup didn’t even appear like it was done (towels disheveled, pillows just lumped in center. Stains on sheets and tub was dirty There was graffiti on the wall in my friends room . We had no hot water for the first night and checked out the next morning, demanding a refund. Also very loud street - didn’t sleep well at all Phones were inoperable

Disliked: Very dirty towels, a non smoking room with cigarette burns on the bed, un safe door (broken latch) super dirty window.

Liked: I enjoy the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was a plus. Great location as well
Disliked: Nothing, everything went pretty good. But you guys should have WAFFLES just saying.
