Liked: Outstanding staff.

Disgusting room. Yellow stains on the sheets. The non smoking room reeked of nicotine the moment I arrived. No way to open a window. The staff was not willing to accommodate. Bed was as hard as a rock. I checked out at 2:30am and drove home! I was not offered another room - she refused to give me a receipt and I asked for the manager to call me and I never received a call. I will never recommend this hotel and I feel like the $105 I spent on the room was a rip off. Spend the extra $10 or $20 to get a hotel that gives 2 cents for their guests.

Liked: Vintage hotel has a pinch of charm if it was cleaned properly.
Disliked: Non Smoking hotel that smells like nicotine; stains on sheets; uncomfortable bed. Poor service.

An unpleasant, rotting carcass of...

Liked: The staff are the only positive thing about that place. They were helpful and courteous.
Disliked: The physical location is decrepit. The ventilation system is full of dust, the bathtub is peeling, the microwave is broken.The place is clearly neglected and long overdue for even basic maintenance. But what it really needs is a full refurbishment.

The view is excellent, but...

Liked: The room and hotel needs renovations, breakfast was good location is excellent.
Disliked: No AC doors are locked so you no airflow, it smells old. The water was out in the vending machine during the whole weekend.

Disliked: Heater was broken the first night. We were given a space heater for the second night. The towels were very worn. The door leading to the back parking lot was never shut tight

End times for old hotel

Disliked: Shutting down rooms to prepare for remodel. Buckets in lobby to catch cascading leaks. Faucet in tub was running. Not dripping. Old pool is a cesspool. Exterior open curtains reveal what appears to be an abandoned hotel in Beirut.
