Liked: Outstanding staff.

Disgusting room. Yellow stains on the sheets. The non smoking room reeked of nicotine the moment I arrived. No way to open a window. The staff was not willing to accommodate. Bed was as hard as a rock. I checked out at 2:30am and drove home! I was not offered another room - she refused to give me a receipt and I asked for the manager to call me and I never received a call. I will never recommend this hotel and I feel like the $105 I spent on the room was a rip off. Spend the extra $10 or $20 to get a hotel that gives 2 cents for their guests.

Liked: Vintage hotel has a pinch of charm if it was cleaned properly.

Liked: Location close to everything we like. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Bathtub floor was totally unusable. Was cracked and ripped sections were sharp. No hair dryer

Liked: Classic older hotel right in the heart of Olympia! The staff is friendly and covered free parking is available! You couldn’t have a better view in Olympia, looking over Capital lake and the Capital building! Spacious comfortable room, and breakfast offered too! Great value. Such a wonderful stay!

Liked: It was once a very elegant hotel, and is still quite nice. The location is very nice. Staff was very helpful. Some rooms have beautiful views.
Disliked: Breakfast was not wonderful. It was not bad, but basically just carbs.

Disliked: Tub faucet leaked excessively and created a dampness to the room unless heater was on high. The hotel was completely booked and they could not accommodate me in another room. I killed a roach in the room the next morning as well.

Disliked: The facilities are run down. The rooms are really dim.
