Liked: Fast and easy check in, friendly staff, clean, and had a pull out sofa bed.
Disliked: Didn't have bedding for the pull out sofa bed and not enough towels.

Paper mache walls

Liked: Size of room was fantastic.
Disliked: You can hear just about everything through the walls. The breakfast was not great, the biscuits were as dry if not drier than Popeyes biscuits. Cleaning staff made beds, but didn't vaccum or clean mirror in room during stay. Was upcharged when asking for a 1st floor room for a visually impaired guest.

Very good

Liked: Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Everyone we encountered seemed happy to be there. They were friendly among each other and everyone was helpful when needed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.
Disliked: Minor maintenance needed addressed... carpet wrinkles and threads. A few housekeeping touch ups…wiping around door knobs/handles.

Liked: Location & Employees.
Disliked: Very thin towels & rough facecloths. Dip in both beds. Breakfast was pathetic. Brown bananas, cold tasteless egg patties & tasteless sausage. Old wrinkled apples.

The staff would be the...

Liked: Location was nice for us. Staff was great! Very clean.
Disliked: One of the two queen beds was very uncomfortable. Moved to the other bed in the middle of the night. They need to clean up the parking lot and around their external storage units. Not a good first impression when you arrive.
