Very good

Excellent stay at the red...

Liked: We’ve just got back from a 3 night stay at the red lion hotel. I booked this hotel for my partners 30th birthday. We both had a fantastic time in Prague and this hotel really lived up to the expectations. The location was good. Approximately 15 minute walk to Malonstranska Metro link station, and approximately a 15-20 minute walk to Charles bridge, where we explored the town, it was truly beautiful and lots of things to see and do for all age groups. The hotel room was clean, warm and comfortable, the maid cleaned and made our beds for us every day and stocked up on extra supplies if we were running low. I.e fresh towels, soap, toilet roll. The breakfast was great, not too busy, and plenty of choice from cereal, bread rolls, meat, cheeses, juices, hot and cold drinks. To name a few. The staff were friendly and helpful, upon arrival the gentleman that checked us in asked if we needed a hand to take our luggage to our rooms as the rooms are a short walk approximately 50m to where the reception area and breakfast is. All around a great hotel. We would definitely be returning.

Exceptional

Liked: We liked the location, the bed, sheets were amazing! Pls tell us where did u get the sheets, the softest thing i ever felt. Peace and quiet was astonishing. Thank you.
Disliked: That we had to leave.

Liked: The room was warm and clean. It felt homey and matched the feel of the surrounding area.

Superb

Liked: great position, the rooms are big and look amazing, breakfast is a bit basic but delicious, and a good deal considering the very touristic area.
Disliked: it's an old building and you can definitely hear every noise coming from the other rooms. no elevator but luckily you can't be higher than a third floor.

We had a nice stay...

Liked: The location in Old Town near Hrad is a real advantage.We liked the good breakfast, friendly staff, comfy beds, and size of the rooms.
Disliked: Our apartment was located on the top of the stairs, 4th floor, and getting up and down with luggage was a bit of an issue! Apart from that, all was fine :)

Very good

Liked: Excellent locality and breakfasts in nearby Goden star hotel. Hotel is 3* standard.
Disliked: Steep and narrow stairs. No lift.

Wonderful.

Liked: Love the location at the foot of the castle. A picturesque quiet area.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. But I mention that there are steep stairs and no lift but we knew that before and these traditional houses often can’t have lifts.

Choosing this hotel made me...

Liked: Fantastic location, decoration, comfort ... couldn't believe how much we got to see of the city thanks to the perfect location of this hotel. It took me hours of research to find this place and I have to say, this really paid off. The only place I found without a negative review and it was true. I want to thank all of the previous reviewers for their help.
Disliked: Check-in is a bit confusing - you actually have to go to another hotel to find the reception. Wasn't that big of a deal but just so future guests know.
