We were quite late checking in. I called at 11:00 pm to apologize for late arrival. The front desk clerk was very friendly, assuring me he was early awaiting our arrival. We were given helpful suggestions/directions for a late dinner. After we returned and had gone up to our room, the front desk clerk called to let us know that the hotel driver had noticed our dome light was on. Saved us a dead battery! I will return whenever I have need for a hotel in Portland.

Liked: Front desk lady is very friendly and room is big enough and shuttle bus is quite convenient. She said if I want to go to cascade shopping mall I can also use a shuttle bus too that’s great.

Liked: Dependable local with on site parking and 24 hour shuttle service for early morning flights.
Disliked: Inconvenience of having to go to the front desk to get the parking lot gate entry ticket validated each time you leave the property and return.

Would not do it again!

Liked: The staff were very nice. The shuttle was easy and on time. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The lock on the door was broken, the desk was broken, the phone didn’t work. As a woman traveling alone I did not feel safe.

Great option for an early...

Liked: Really safe location very close to PDX. Room was very clean and spacious, the shuttle was ponctuel and efficient. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Good budget option for an early morning flight.
Disliked: Nothing.

Never again over here

Liked: Close to airport.
Disliked: Room outdated and tub was dirty. Room very run down. No elevator on property, had to carry bags up a flight of stairs. Staff not friendly nor courteous. One staff member didn't even notice me at the counter and was eating and looking at their phone.
