Liked: The young man who helped me move my belongings to another room at 10:30 at night.
Disliked: I arrived late, checked in to a pet room and went to find dinner. I was glad to be in a room with sliding glass doors to grassy area outside. I sat on the bed and organized my bedside table including turning on the light. When I returned to get into bed, I noticed black spots on the pillow and sheet. Upon further examination, 2 of the spots moved. I called the office (10:15pm) and told them there were bugs. I was moved to a room across the hall with help from the young man who had examined the bugs. He said he would talk to the supervisor about comping the room fee. The new room was much cleaner but not a good night of sleep. I was charged the full amount. (I do)
