I will never stay at...

Liked: The staff were so friendly and pretty helpful when we told them our rooms weren’t clean. They offered clean sheets.
Disliked: The rooms were filthy and it didn’t look like they had been cleaned in a year. It was horrifying. If we weren’t so tired and checking in so late, I would have taken my family to another hotel.

Disliked: Rooms were dirty.I paid and I got a recipe they over charge me after I paid and over drafted my account.They said the pool was open and had food.no the pool was close and no food just coffee I want my money back

What stay? Refused my cash...

Liked: I could not stay because clerk would not except cash. Said I had to have credit card to stay. I only deal with cash so I went to another Hotel. He was rude and I had just driven 600 miles and had a reservation for that night. I am 76 years old and I was exhausted and have stayed at Best Western and never had a problem with using cash.
Disliked: Look at statement above.
