Way too noisy.

Liked: The smell in the hallway was awful and really triggered my daughter’s asthma. There we kids running up and down the hallway really late at night and as early as 4-5 am which woke us up. There was also a lot of noise from the bar as our room window was two floors up from there. The space was clean and the pool area was nice. The location for us was also good.

Ok

Liked: I book with debt card but used credit card and the hotel hasn't returned my money yet.
Disliked: Staff didn't listen to me on how I wanted to pay for my stay and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned.

Regular hotel nothing special

Liked: I did like the size of the room
Disliked: the bed and pillows were not comfortable and because I had two separate reservations nobody told me i would have to re check in and out so i was locked out of my room, awful experience

Exceptional

Liked: I wanted to share my positive experience at a recent hotel stay. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. Its location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and courteous upon check-in. Additionally, the room was very clean, and it had a nice pool area 😄
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Good location, hotel ok

Liked: The location was great, close to Disney and it was good for a short stay (we only stayed 1 night before our flight back). Room was clean, bathroom seemed a bit outdated but fine.
Disliked: I chose this hotel for the lazy river and water slide but unfortunately the morning of it was closed which was disappointing. The pool was a bit cold. The hotel overall seems a bit outdated but it was ok for the price you pay.
