This is a DUMPY motel...

Liked: It is in a great location.
Disliked: In a six day stay the room was never cleaned. The spa was not functioning. There are several dead ice machines. If you look hard enough you can find the working one near the office. I've stayed at other Red Lion hotels and this is not close to their standard.

staff was courteous

Liked: Not enough comforter, thermostat not working, cold n chilly at night. Customers in other rooms were speaking very loud n children running at night.
Disliked: To provide more comforters, fix themostatProvide soap in sink, n tissue in restrrom. (not just in bath tub)Provide hot water or coffee or tea in lobby, may be travel pamphlets - more hospitable n welcoming
