Poor

Liked: Staff was nice and helpful. Bed was comfy I live the 12 00 checkout.
Disliked: Bathroom was beautiful but shower water didn't get hot I was cold there's no heater in there and no fan to get steam out. The heater in main room was so loud. It was warm but took a long time to heat up. The wind that the heater made blew on us and I was cold. It was hard 4 me to go to sleep it was so loud. Couldn't hear the TV at a low volume cause heater was so loud. I took the bag out of the garbage can to put another one in and it was disgusting. It looked like someone puked in it. And no one cleaned it it made me sick.. I'm sorry we've stayed there b4 but in a different room and had no problems.

Liked: Close to the event center in Longview where our convention was. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Bad smells - hotel lobby and hallways smelled like gas, room smelled of urine. Heat was hard to regulate, we had to call the front desk to figure out the TV, bathroom tub caulking was moldy, sink drained slowly. Generally outdated and rundown, except the bed. It was great!

Never Agian

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I had no hot water to take a shower. The heater which was NOT on when I checked in was definately on when I came back from work. That would lead me to believe someone entered my room while I was at WORK. I paid 160 to not be able to shower and I was there less than 10 hrs. Also the mold GROWING in the bathroom is a health hazard. When I told front desk upon check out she didn’t even attempt an appology let alone discount my stay. Check in was good, check out was lack luster. When leaving the hotel at 9:50, no coffee to be found. Staff sitting in the “lounge” with their feet up; at 95o in the morning? Rather stay at the motel 6

Disliked: The room was very dirty. There was pink and black mold in the shower, as well as the shower curtain. The whole room was DUSTY. I put towels on the bathroom floor before putting my feet on the floor. Disgusting!! No coffee in the room.

Liked: I liked the breakfast . I felt like I was at home there . Friendly staff that didn’t stare at every move I mAde
Disliked: My room was a little drafty due to it was by the outside door . Gap under the door made cold

Time has caught up to...

Liked: the staff was very nice and did a good job to make me feel welcome.
Disliked: the hotel itself is dated and appears to have not been upgraded for quite a while. the first room I was booked into did not have a working heater. they switched me to a 2nd room and that one did not have hot water service to the shower. (which I did not notice until the morning) the beds are old and very worn.
