Disappointing for the price.

Liked: There wasn't much that I liked about this room, the location, or the service. I guess the only thing that I did like was that I didn't have loud neighbors... that's pretty much it.
Disliked: Let's start off with the room itself. It was dark, even with the curtains pulled open. The walls absorbed light. There was no overhead or ceiling light in the main room. All of the lights were table lamps or some kind of stand-up lamp behind a chair. The table lamps were broken, meaning the lamp base itself was broken and then somehow glued or affixed back together (see the picture of the table lamp attached). It was very depressing. The interior of the room was out of the early 1980s.The bathroom fan did not work, the faucet handles were loose, and the shower sprayed water everywhere. Most disturbingly, dust bunnies were growing out of the vent in the bathroom (see picture attached).The TV remote had old batteries in it. How old? They were so old that when I went to get new batteries for the remote, the lady at the front desk said she hadn't seen those batteries in a very long time. They were corroding and decaying within the remote.The room wasn't serviced once during my stay. I had to ask housekeeping for another towel instead of servicing the room and supplying a replacement towel.The hallway was not vacuumed the entire week I was there.The heater/AC unit was noisy.The refrigerator had one temperature: cold as hell. It froze my water and other items. I tried adjusting the thermostat on the fridge, but it didn't work.The outlets for plugging in a computer were hard to access and hidden behind furniture. I had to utilize power strips, which were also hard to access, and had the other amenities plugged into them.The door near my room was bent from repeated use of a rock placed in it to prop it open. Many vehicles would come in, park for a little bit, and leave, which might explain the door issue. The door may have been propped open so that a drug buyer could come in and buy without bothering the tenant. During my stay, a couple of vehicles had been broken into.I won't stay here again.

Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Will never...

Liked: The only good thing was the bed was really comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: The day shift staff was very rude (lady with way too much eye makeup on). She wouldn’t listen to me when I explained I paid for my room, and she double charged me anyway. I am still waiting for my $154 refund and I stayed there March 7-9 they charged me twice ($154) I have gone there in person a couple of times and the manager is never there

Disliked: R he shower curtain is ridiculous, the manager lady wa as rude.

Place needs to be shut...

Liked: Unprofessional, unfriendly, there was ants in our room, the heater didn’t work. To get a new room was a huge hassle for the lady working. She was extremely rude.
