Disliked: Under construction, 1 elevator working. Pool closed.Morning staff guy was not friendly.Kids running up and down the hallways with balls like it was a soccer field! It was after 10:00 too!

A bit noisy, but still...

Liked: Breakfast was great (bacon would have been nice, but that's a personal preference, not anything the hotel did "wrong".) Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Staff were amazing, friendly, polite, informative.
Disliked: Didn't find out until check in that the hotel was under renovations and that some features were not in use, such as the pool. The sound-proofing at the hotel is honestly quite terrible; we could hear the people above us running around their room (you could tell it was little kids, lol) and there was a hockey team there as well, and you could hear the kids running up and down the halls. This was later in the evening as well, and you could hear the sounds and noises even through ear plugs. Please note I didn't bother complaining because I'm not out to ruin a hockey team's adventures away from home, and the staff can't really do anything about the soundproofing. I'm just noting it for people who may be extra sensitive to noise levels.

Liked: Great location. Great prices. get your renovation done already. A friend said they stayed there 2 years ago and renovations where going on.
Disliked: Renovations taking too long.

Under renovation- most facilities closed.

Liked: The staff was phenomenal. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel is under a major renovation. More than half of the hotel is closed. There are no vending machines or ice machines as they are located in the closed area. There is no pool or hot tub as it is also located in the closed area. Patrons should be made aware of this before they book.
