Not up to the overall Radisson standards I have become accustomed to. I will not stay at this Radisson in the future.

Liked: The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and polite.
Disliked: The hotel grounds were filthy. The shuttles were never on time.

Liked: Room - 2 queen, comfortable.
Disliked: Room Heater - The heating equipment kept squealing when it ran - it needs to be oiled / maintained. Business Office - the front desk gave me a wireless passcode. The business office has a desktop computer hard-wired. I was unable to log on to the computer. The front desk contacted staff to assist. The computer software was VERY slow.Next door hotel guests were very loud up to midnight, called front desk.

Liked: This place is kinda beat! I’m surprised Red Lion has a deal like this. It was probably pretty nice 30 years ago, but not so much anymore.

Liked: THE AVAILABILITY BUT RAPIDLY REGRETTED IT
Disliked: Unable to check in at all, I arrived at 8:44pm. Standing in line until at 9:30, I walked out. Came back at 10pm and line still there. The clerk was inputting some forms on computer, he told someone else they have to make sure rooms aren't given away. Wth?? I called several times, but there was no answer. Left message with manager never heard from anyone at all. I ended up staying at another hotel. Disputing charges with my bank.
