Very good

Liked: The room was nice and big. The location is great for people visiting, it's right next to the mall and loads of other stores, restaurants, and a nearby movie theater. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: It says the rooms are soundproof when you book your stay, but the lady at the front desk asked me if the kids were going to be noisy because it's a quiet section. Wth? I had my two grandkids with me and when I brought up the soundproof point she just kind of laughed and said no, they're not. She also wasn't going to provide us with breakfast. I told her that because I'm a Genius points member they gave it to us the last time. Apparently, some people must pay for breakfast. She responded by saying that I got the room upgrade and that I have the option for either an upgrade or breakfast. I knew this was not the case so I just left it alone, spoke to someone else later and got our breakfast in the morning.

Hotel desperately needs updates and...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Hallways had a definite odor, our initially booked room had a crooked door that would not lock. When they attempted to relocate us the next room was OCCUPIED. The third room was fine but still a very upsetting start.

Liked: The location was central to many things.The building was clean.The staff was very helpful and courteous.There is a restaurant in the motel.
Disliked: The restaurant had a very limited menu.

Liked: Very accommodating as I needed to be on the main floor as they don’t have elevators at this hotel. I extended my stay with a great rate and was even able to stay in the same room when water issues came up unexpectedly!
Disliked: No elevators
