I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: The hotel was close to downtown.
Disliked: The staff was not very friendy. The hotel itself needs updates; did not seem very clean.

Liked: short trip, close to downtown, was able to walk to everything.
Disliked: first room was wrong, after a talk with the desk clerk we were moved to the right room. microwave was very dirty.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There was no heat in the lobby, lounge (if you want to call it that), breakfast area. My room heating was poor, to say the least. The club chair was probably from the 40’s and, very soiled. Sliders to the balcony were unable to lock with a broken screen. Stains in bath tub.. The list could go on and on. I left after one night and, they charged me a higher rate because I stayed a Friday night. They couldn’t pay me enough to stay there again.

Liked: Breakfast was great, you had something for anyone. (Almond milk, gluten free bread, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, assorted bread products). Thank you!
Disliked: We had some noisy neighbors Friday night. The other nights were peaceful. It took us a bit to figure out the heater (adjust the blower speed just past the temperature adjuster- perhaps a note to guests would help). The big sign wasn’t lit, so in the fog it was difficult to see where to go.

Disliked: Unable to reach the front desk at night the phone was always busy. We need to report a noisy neighbor who would turn the Tv up so loud at 2:30 in the morning and Wouk wake us up . The return air vent had not been cleaned in a year ceiling pealing in the shower, had to slam the door to the room to get it to latch
