Liked: Excellent customer service . Very friendly staff . Lovely location. Breakfast was very good
Disliked: Didn't sleep that well. Bathroom niggles plug in bath not working properly. Radiator not working but heater was in room which was satisfactory . Breakfast is lovely and well cooked and served to your table. Food in restaurant mixed. Daughters risotto had to be sent back it was shocking but they did resolve by making another meal and not charging for it.

Liked: When we arrived our room was very cold ,no heating,we spoke to reception and they sent someone up to look at it,he said he couldn't fix it but brought a mobile electric heater up, however the bathroom was still really cold ,so I requested another room (perhaps they should have done this in the first place) they did find another room and that had heating,after this our stay was very good.we did the date night on the Friday and really enjoyed it.

Liked: The location was nice due to the bus route and the easy walk into town
Disliked: The bed was super hard and difficalt to sleep on

Liked: Good location for what I needed. Lovely dining area, food spot on. Young lady called Ruby so friendly and attentive, above and beyond. Couldn’t seep so night reception made me some hot chocolate, again above and beyond. Staff excellent.
Disliked: Rooms definitely need up grades. Carpet cut in half at the door entrance so was bunching up and found it difficult to get my case in. Pillows were solid and mattress needed changed. Found a feedback form in welcome pack from December 2024. I stayed Feb 2025. Info needs to be kept updated . Spotlessly clean but needs overhaul.
