Liked: The staff were lovely and mostly very helpful.
Disliked: The room we were given was apparently an upgrade and the bath room was dirty and bath panel had a big crack in it with no attention to detail in the room for the price we paid it was really poor.

Liked: The location is superb overlooking the Lancashire hills.
Disliked: The room looked a little tired. The shower was difficult to control and could be dangerous for a young person or an old person. Wardrobe door wouldn't open.

Liked: The staff are helpful, the bar and restaurant are excellent, the location is ideal
Disliked: The radiator in my room wasn’t working, there was a small electric heater provided, the room was quite cold and the bathroom was very cold.

Tired rooms in need of...

Liked: I dined in the hotel restaurant during my stay. The restaurant is lovely and a good choice on the menu.
Disliked: My room was tired, moldy and was in dire need of being refurbished. The carpet was ripped, paint peeling off walls. Shower temperature wouldn’t maintain so blasted with scalding water every 3 seconds!!
