Liked: Great bar area and lovely restauarant
Disliked: Room was very tired and needed improvement. Chipped furniture and lots of discolouration in grouting in bathroom, looks mouldy. A lot of noise from other guests

Extremely disappointing

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Mislead by the pictures on website - although we paid £126 the rate for a deluxe room our room (no23) was small, very tired and soulless, marks on wall where picture had been removed. Hard bed, very cheap pillows, not a high standard of cleanliness e.g taps dirty. No temperature control on the shower switched from boiling to luke warm whilst in use. No bath mat - very slippy bath floor. Very strong smell of bleach when entering room, we had to open window to alleviate.

Pleasant hotel in good location...

Liked: Both dinner and breakfast were very good and hotel was friendly and clean.
Disliked: Rooms are a little dated and need upgrading.

Liked: The room was spacious and had everything we needed in one place.The breakfast was lovely and the staff were also very nice to us.
Disliked: The bed was super uncomfortable and very hard to sleep in. The towel heater also didn't work very well. It was expensive for what we got.
