Good

Liked: The rooms were nice, staff extremely friendly and the food was great.
Disliked: There were sports teams on the same floor and the teenagers were running up and down the hallways banging on doors, slamming doors and being very loud. Absolutely no parent supervision in their rooms.

Liked: Everything! We stay here everytime kiddo has a tournament.
Disliked: Nothing! Everything was fantastic! One of the best hotels are kids love visiting!

Great option for bringing pet

Liked: Great option to stay with our kids and pet. Good location, nice pub on main floor to watch sports, nice facilities.
Disliked: Only 1 elevator working at check out time, after several times of it being full, my family split up and went up instead of down just so we could actually get on the elevator. Took 20 mins for the 4 of us, plus pet, to get to the main floor. Other than that, good stay.

Our room was clean and...

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable. The shops and seating areas downstairs were clean
Disliked: The staff member at check in wasn’t very nice. I was given a sheet to sign and confirm my info and before I was finished she took it back from me. I hadn’t even finished writing my licence plate number. She gave us the wrong directions to get to our room.
