Disliked: Rude staff, found blood on my bed sheets, I asked for them to change them, told me someone was coming to do so, never happened, tried to move me and my family to a new room at 11:30 at night. Server in the evening was extremely rude, sighed and rolled her eyes at me. Will not be returning or recommending this place . I brought our whole hockey team there too.

Disappointing stay at Red Deer...

Disliked: It was shocking. Like actually. They usher you into the “club room” like it’s some feature where you get to squeeze around a tiny table and get bland, tepid food. It was disgusting and such a disappointment. Clearly done on the cheap. The server was amazing, but this is pathetic for a hot and can tell this is done to cut costs. Waited 30 minutes for towels. Asked the person at the door if they had room service or if the kitchen was open and he said “I don’t know, call front desk”. Super rude and they didn’t have room service. If you want to pay a crazy amount for food, I guess that’s the drive to push customers, but those restaurants all close earlier. It was a really disappointing experience. The pool was ridiculously full, the sauna had people sitting in fully clothed. Our sink was broken in the room and we didn’t even have glasses, but instead replaced by paper cups. Cheap and rundown, no resort feel at all…I will never recommend it and never go back

Disliked: Our room smelt like sewage , when we told the staff they replied we are sold out . We asked for a cork screw and staff told us we had to take our bottle of wine to the bar so they could open it and give us glasses , what has happened to customer service ?

Comfy bed...run down place...don't miss...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The casino breakfast was #1 for the price. The staff was okay.
Disliked: The facilities are really run down. The lobby furniture is ripped and stained. The lounge chair in our room was stained and the furniture was nicked and chipped.
