Liked: Front desk lady was very pleasant.
Disliked: Onion stuck on the wall. Bathtub was gross. Peeling and hair. Walls not clean. Needs TLC for sure.

Basic accommodation; affordable and clean.

Liked: Affordable price.
Disliked: Took an hour for the heaters in the room to heat up the room.

Poor value for the money....

Liked: The staff were pleasant. There was lots of parking and the water was hot.
Disliked: Breakfast was paltry. There has been absolutely no investment in many many decades. Even the towels feel like they're from the '90s. Sprinklers? No. Thermostat? No. Outlets to plug your phone in? No...unless unplug the light or microwave. Modern faucets which don't drip? No, still using washers and apparently even replacing was too much capital to spend. Artwork on the walls? No. Weatherstripping around the door? Nope -- you can see daylight. You get the idea.

Not worth the cost.

Disliked: Heat was not turned on in room when I checked in. The room was freezing. No additional door lock with stopper. Toilet was unstable and rocked with the slightest touch. Cold water tap dripped all night. Tub and shower need to be reglazed. No way I was chancing a soak in the tub. Shower head needs to be descaled. Towel rack looks like it’s barely secured to the wall with cracking. Ceiling to bottom unit creaks when occupants in the unit on the above walks across the floor.

For what I pay for...

Liked: I like the price. I'm only there for a few days and I need the lowest cost motel I can afford. It's close to Mitchener Services where my brother lives too. Everything about it is adequate for my needs.
Disliked: The door on the freezer of the fridge wasn't there. When we put the food in the fridge part the freezer froze the rest of the food. The radiator for warmth had a low or a high switch. When it was on low it would get too hot for my roommate and he would shut it off while I got cold. We went through this twice in one night.
