Disliked: The check in experience was difficult to understand. The value for money was atrocious. We paid over $130 for a slum. The room smelled, everything from the floor to the ceiling was dirty and gross. The pillows were old and very used. The towels were stained. The carpet was stained. The sheets were stained. The shower curtain was a disgusting sheet of pink and black mould. We could not use the shower due to its lack of hygiene. We could smell the cigarette smoke from the next room over. The chairs were too stained to touch or sit on. Toilet lid was stained. Room was hot and ac was hard to turn on and reach. Curtains were disgusting and stained.
