Disappointing

Liked: The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. The room I finally stayed in was clean and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: I had booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, so I insisted they move me. The room I was given had no towels, only two ratty washcloths and a threadbare hand towel used for the bathmat. When I went to the desk to get a towel, the receptionist said they had none.
