Great location and clean!
Liked: Exactly as the reviews said, older hotel/motel style but very clean and the owner is awesome. Great customer service. If you need fancy amenities this may not be for you. However, if you want a great location, clean, comfortable and all the basics, this is it!

Liked: Can't review breakfast bc not offered. Location was good tho traffic noise is real that close to main road.
Disliked: While it had a fridge and microwave, I would have loved a coffeemaker.

Great value and location
Liked: Very convenient to Downtown Blacksburg. Price for the room was great. Room was very clean with plenty of towels and soap/shampoo. The room had a pretty new TV and was just right the right size for our purposes (sleeping during the night.) The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The exterior is old and worn, but this motel has been around for alot of years. Parking is a little tight if you drive a larger vehicle and the entrance from South Main is a pretty steep incline to get to the motel.
