Liked: Nice location. It has potential. My opinion is get a different manager to change things.
Disliked: I heard a knock at the door at about 5pm. It took me awhile to go to door because I was resting. When I was about 5 feet from door it opened. It startled the bellboy and also myself. He says he was there to give me a worthless ornament. My room is at the end and hidden. Second incident is a few hours before checkout I went to eat. I came back at 11:00 to find my belongings on the maids cart and the room all clean. She threw out my heart medicine and therefore I needed to get to the border immediately. I asked the manager for a call back twice to explain it was mistake to clean the room, especially hours before checkout and my belongings visible. I don’t think staff should let themselves without reason because who knows what happens if the find valuables. The think he said he entered to give me might have been his excuse because I caught him. He could haver left the ornament worth maybe 5 cents at the door.

Excellent hotel for those staying...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, heating worked fine. The property is large, well-maintained, and has plenty of on-site amenities like a convenience store, bar, restaurant, and spa (we did not try any of these). 12pm checkout is fantastic, as well.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a microwave, and maybe a small refrigerator, in the room.
