Liked: Bed comfortable. Convenient location.
Disliked: Parking was behind the office but not good direction on how to enter the entrance.

The BEST value on the...

Liked: The location was excellent! It was next to the convention center, at the upper end of the Gatlinburg strip. All attractions were nearby. We did use the bus for return trips uphill to the upper end. The bus is free, download the app for tracking.Many restaurants and coffee stands nearby.
Disliked: The pool was empty. The coffee in the lobby was not of good quality. The room coffee was not of good quality.

Nice and clean on a...

Liked: Great location! It’s right when you enter gatlinburg so we were able to walk wherever we needed to go. Parking lot is small but we didn’t have any issues parking. Huge clean room. Staff was very nice. We stayed in 101 and there wasn’t much of a view but we loved the balcony. No complaints for the price we paid !

Disliked: That we paid ahead of time for a king room and got put in a queen room and when we went to the office about it they said it’s not our problem.
