We had an amazing time...

Liked: We were very happy with our room. We had the most comfortable bed. We stayed one night. What made our stay pleasurable was the warm welcoming receptionist who was super helpful and thoughtful. She noticed I was limping and gave us a down stairs room so I didn't have to use the stairs. Very affortable and handy to the Manukau Mall.

Liked: The location was exceptional for what we visited Auckland for.
Disliked: Bathroom could do with a freshen up and some TLC.

Disliked: The room smelt of old musty cigarette smoke it was in the blankets the pillows and the bedding. The bathroom was mouldy with pieces of crusted snot on the back of the door. Even for a 3* this was really disappointing
