We’d happily stay at Rataview...

Liked: Amazing views, great space, and convenient, quiet location!
Disliked: We had several people try to enter our place (the big lodge) while we were there, expecting it to be a community center, not another guest house. While we had only friendly encounters, it was a bit unnerving.

Liked: It was a lovely stay,the views added the charm to the entire experience.Food facilities could be better as the town is 25km away.enjoyed the stay

Liked: Location it magical, 20 min walk to nearest beach access, good base if plan to ride / walk near by Paparoa and other trails
Disliked: I was in the cottage behind Rataview, probably Rataview its better than the cottage. Place need a refurbish as furniture are bit old, not a major issue but it will be more welcoming, no tumble dryer was available, no exhaust suction at kitchen, no fan or air-conditioning and could not keep window open as there are those terrible blood sucker fly that itch for days after bite, suggest installation of mosquito nets at list in the kitchen and bedrooms

Liked: View, deck awesome, tv, many bed and chair options. Table tennis, it was weird
Disliked: Non paying insects staying in the property.It was weird.
