I love this location and...

Liked: I love the location and have stayed there in the past. It’s very Spacious and able to accommodate 5 of us very comfortably
Disliked: The cabin we stayed in was not as clean as I would expect. The basics were done but dust on light fixtures, picture frames, window sills had not been touched in a while. I realize that everyone is short staffed

Liked: 2 bedroom cabin was great.
Disliked: Check in hours are only till 6. We could not get in contact with anyone even though the 8 pm check in was approved online. We had no idea how we were going to get into our cabin. Finally found an envelope with our last name in a slot on the outside of the building. Wasted 30 minutes of our time. Also found that the paperwork inside the envelope had another persons private information. Key got us into the cabin so we assumed it was ours. The next morning we were told we were supposed to be in another building but it was ok cause the rooms were the same. But the keys we were given on Saturday from the front desk no longer worked so yet another trip to the front desk. Also noted that the other persons rate was $100. cheaper than ours and I asked for a discount for all the issues. I was told that was not possible because I booked with "Expedia". I did not book with Expedia, I booked with booking.com but still not able to get a discount. All ridiculous waste of my time. $400. A night accommodations in Maine should be stress free not this back and forth to the front desk (if they are open).

Disliked: The resort was not taking reservations yet you charged me for a room I never got. I need my money back.

Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: The three bedroom two bath cabin was very comfortable for our family of three adults and two children. Games and puzzles were available in the office/pool area. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the staff was wonderful. We loved the Rangeley area and would stay again at the resort if we return.

Disliked: Bed and pillows could be better. Flooring should be updated
