Liked: Location was good, easy to find and parking good. Staff were lovely. Rooms are basic and not immaculate, BUT they were clean bar some chips under the couch, had everything we needed and for the price really happy with it.
Disliked: Sounded like someone had a puppy underneath us which cried all night and the arguments from a man who also sounded like they were below us, woke us up at stupid o'clock. BUT can't say 100% they are from the property. But it did sound very close.

Comfy beds and handy location,...

Liked: Very comfortable beds and great location for our stay. The man who checked us in was very helpful.
Disliked: It was quite run down and tired, and for a room that sleeps 3 people, there was only enough cutlery/cups/crockery/towels, etc for two people. We managed fine though. Unfortunately the rooms weren't very soundproof and were kept awake by the people talking next door & outside.
