They canceled my reservation the...

Disliked: The morning we were to depart to the Randolph Hotel they canceled our reservation without explanation. They had sent me an email wanting to know if I wanted to extend my stay at a reduced rate so I believe they rented it to someone who wanted to stay longer, causing major inconvenience, I’m still waiting to receive my deposited money refunded!

Liked: We got the suite for a girls weekend. It was beautiful and huge. It was like our own cozy condo with 2 bedrooms, a full living room, bathroom, and even a full kitchen. It was beautiful! The location is perfect. Kind of secluded, on the lake, and even being above the brewery is charming and convenient!

Disliked: No heat. Noise from bar comes through the vent. Odd odor in the room. Bed is way over soft.

Not what is expected when...

Liked: Like the location along the lake. Beautiful view.
Disliked: Could of used some updates on the flooring and shower head. Both were damaged and a eye sore . Could of use better decor in apt. The couch could of been vacuumed n clean it was very dirty. Did not sit on at all. The beds were ok but could of used more blankets n pillows in rooms. Room was cold at night no heat of any kind. Garbage was in the desk drawer upon arrival. In all it was not the best and I would probably not recommend it for a long term stay. Maybe for a quick 1 night stay maybe.
