Disliked: I booked through Booking.com and talked to customer service, asking for a late checkout. Customer service confirmed it and allowed a late checkout. A week before my visit, I called the front desk to confirm my late checkout --- they confirmed it on the phone. I visited the hotel and wanted to confirm it for the third time, and the 'front-desk manager' said we couldn’t honor the request. I was celebrating my partner's birthday and wanted it to be a nice weekend, but the manager became confrontational and asked me if I had a premium status? I was polite and explained to him that I just wanted a 2-hr late checkout, and he kept on asking if I had a premium status to qualify for late checkouts. Their system did say that the late checkout was confirmed, but the 'front-desk manager' decided not to honor the request.Very unprofessional attitude from the front-desk manger. I would never recommend someone to stay at this hotel.Stay date was March 28th Friday around 3 PM.
