Enjoyed our stay, lovely location...

Liked: The room was spacious and light, nicely decorated with a comfortable seating / table area in the window. The Spa facilities were excellent, well maintained and offered a variety of gym, pool and other spa options. The swimming area was particularly large with plenty of poolside loungers and refreshment station. Breakfast options were wide and varied with kitchen staff very helpful and attentive to dietary needs.
Disliked: We received a poor level of service from reception desk staff in regard to knowledge and willingness to help us when asking about Gluten free options for room service. (Catering staff were very helpful but we didn't get to talk to them until the following day.)
