Liked: It is in the middle of SF in Downtown.The self contained rooms are very good and comfortable. The front desk young man very polite and friendly.
Disliked: The parking. They don’t have parking and the public parking around the corner charged us $40 from 10pm to next day 12pm.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Liked: SOMA is SOMA. But the hotel itself was super clean and comfortable. Super comfy bed, super kind staff. My office is two blocks away, so this was great for me. Would stay here again if I needed a hotel!

Great rooms and central location,...

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable, all appliances etc looked very new. The TV was huge and the mini fridge was cute! The bed was extremely comfortable. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not the hotel's fault, but the neighbourhood is very sketchy and even the cafe attached, which we had vouchers for, was pretty rough and I wasn't happy to bring my daughter around the surrounding streets. The only other thing is, the room has a fan rather than aircon and the fan is so loud I really couldn't leave it on. You can open the windows but there's obviously a lot of street noise as well.
