Liked: When I asked for more towels and soap the woman at the desk brought it up to my room and also provided me and my fiancé with paper coffee cups for our tea bags.
Disliked: I stayed for 4 nights here. The tops of the table and night stands are super sticky for some reason. Maybe a cleaner or a varnish or just not cleaned properly. When I placed a pizza box on it, it got stuck to it and had pieces of the cardboard stuck to the table. I purposefully paid for the superior king room to make sure I had a fridge and microwave. The microwave broke and started sparking. I called to inform the office and they said that I was lucky to have gotten a room with a microwave at all and that there was nothing they could do for me…

Liked: I think the staff is exceptional here. So friendly and go out of their way to help with anything! Nice little hotel with a great location in Ramona it's close to everything.

Disliked: There was only one chair so one person had to sit on the bed. There was a fly problem. The bathroom shower had no place to put your soap or wash cloth...there was no rack on the bathroom wall to hang a towel and no place to put the toilet paper. Very strange.

Affordable, but thats it. Nothing...

Liked: It was affordable for what we received. That’s about it.
Disliked: Most of the facilities are run down. The beds, pillows, blankets, completely uncomfortable. The shower head and faucet were disgusting. There were literally drug dealers outside the facility.

Ramona's only pet friendly hotel....

Liked: I liked that I could bring my pets and our room was very nice and had a great view of the pool. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice with great shower pressure. The staff was great and the manager, Alex, was awesome. The pool was a perfect temperature and felt great on a hot Ramona day.
Disliked: The WiFi at the hotel could be stronger. It is difficult to connect at times.

Liked: There's a big pool, suposedly heated and some strange animals in outside bushes.Room was perfetly average.If you suffer from claustophobia you won't be able to use the shower.
Disliked: Breakfast was a cereal bar and takeaway coffe - what you get as an all day treat at some other places.Allso the water flow at the bathroom faucet was extremly slow, which was, as explained to us, due to Californian water saving rules, although it's perfetly normal at other Californian motels/hotels; so it's propably the rules similar to breakfast here, descibable as "non existent".
