Liked: Nothing. It ruined my memory of what used to be a fabulous hotel. The only thing I liked was the memory of the building and a hotel that used to care about it’s guests.
Disliked: A hotel that has been ruined by underwhelming staff. A child’s birthday party that went on from 11am until after 10pm. Staff who didn’t care and a bar that closed at 7.15pm because there weren’t enough guests to keep it open!! I paid £270 for my 2 night stay.
