Food was great, staff was...

Liked: At first it was a rock start. Our room had a TV but no controller they staff found one but it didn't work all the time. the next day there was no coffee in the room when we went to make it. I talked to Mckenzie and she was amazing, she took care of everything. I will be traveling to WY every three months for work and I will for sure stay at your hotel. I will also recommend it to my other co-workers who travel as well.

Passable

Liked: The pool was great for kids. The breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: The young man who checked us in did not seem to know what he was doing. He said that he couldn't find my reservation, and then charged me more. He was very slow at getting everyone checked in.There was a stain on our bed cover. There was only one pillow per person on the bed. The mattress was not very comfortable.
