The hotel served its purpose...

Liked: The location is convenient if needing to be on the west side of Casper, though a drive to the east side is very quick. The complementary breakfast was nice, though not all offered was freshly made. Its a quiet hotel, but there is a little background noise from the highway nearby. The pool should be great for children, as it is shallow and has some features for them. There is also a Jacuzzi for the adults. Parking was not a problem and is free. The room seemed clean enough with plenty of towels, and a towel elephant greeted me from one of the beds. The room was near the elevators, and I did NOT hear them. The hotel can accommodate a small convention, and there are some rooms on the 1st floor that overlook the promenade. There is a "business" room with free-use computers, I believe a printer, and its own restroom. There is also a Salon on the premises. There is a restaurant aside the breakfast room.
Disliked: There was a bulletin board that identified local events, however someone took upon themselves to express their 1st amendment right to post a leftist political cartoon. I felt there needed to be more floodlights on the parking lot. The ice machine did have a water leak.

Liked: I liked the breakfast and the location of the hotel.
Disliked: I didn't like the way they were treated at the hotel reception. We were with an 82-year-old man and they put us in a room far from the elevator, breakfast room and the main exit. Should have put a room on the ground floor or closer.

Liked: The breakfast was just fine.
Disliked: I really resent being forced to pay an "activities" fee when all I'm doing is staying at a hotel. This will make me seriously question if I want to stay at another Ramkoda again.
