Nice overnight in Guadalajara

Liked: Very nice staff, room service was good and the bed was comfortable.

Not a good experience

Liked: The property is about 10 minutes walk to some good restaurants. The staff were really nice. The pool on the back is nice and relaxing place.
Disliked: Although property is close to good restaurants but that 10 minute walk is not enjoyable at night because of the darkness and amount of homeless people around. It is also 20 minutes drive to downtown and tourist attractions which always have traffic.The room was horrible. The bathroom door was a sliding/barn door and it didn’t even fully close, so you can hear and smell everything from the bathroom. The closet door was also sliding door that didn’t even had rail to get opened. The walls and doors are so thin, you can hear everything happening in the pool, in the lobby and also in the hallway. The music also start playing from morning to night, so you can’t sleep in and go to bed early.

Disliked: Requiring an exact time of arrival is not convenient for those of us who book a Hotel to avoid exactly this type of thing

Good but not amazing

Liked: Comfortable bed, big pool great staff and kitchen service, great prices on food and bar.
Disliked: Towels, sheets need to be changed daily, shower rain was blocked the shower handle was not working smooth, and there was no extractor, covered parking.
