Liked: The location is good but because of the road works on Rambla difficult to reach by car.
Disliked: The neighboorhood of the hotel is not very good. Eventough we upgrade our room by paying, the room was not that much comfortable.

Our stay was good for...

Liked: I very much enjoyed the location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The room was too small for a family of three. It was quite congested with very little space to move around. The wifi service went out for part of our stay. When we inquired about it, the response wasn't very reassuring.

Disliked: I arrived and the guy at the reception seemed to be stoned. Did I end up in a circus? I tell him - I ordered a large bed, not two small ones, and he tells me "You need to arrive earlier" and we would have given you a large one. I arrived at 11 pm. He didn't even apologize. The atmosphere is bad.

Liked: Excellent location, clean and excellent staff
Disliked: A bar in the hotel was missing.

Exceptional
