I had no hot water...

Liked: I had no hot water to take a shower for 2 night ! I book for 3 nights but I decided to checkout early because I didn’t get no help with getting new room and they couldn’t fix the hot water

Totally was disappointed pool area...

Disliked: Rooms was completely dirty. There were stains on the sheets end up leaving the same night. Pool area was dirty.

Not going back anytime soon....

Liked: Kids enjoyed the pool. That's what is important
Disliked: I reserved a poolside suite and at arrival they put us on the 2nd floor no where near the pool. Have yet to be compensated. None of the staff seemed to know how to fix it. Phones weren't working. Our bathroom door didn't even shut in the room. Shower wasn't clean. Hot tub was full of hair and particles didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks

Liked: Worst experience ever! We didn't even want to stay the night even though I already paid money for it. TV was broke in our room when got there and they tried to tell us we broke it. Room was dirty and way to many kids running around late at night. My son would not go to sleep because of how loud everyone was being in the hall after 9pm. And the fact that the TV was broke. Obviously they do not check rooms like they should. As soon as we arrived in our room the first thing we did after putting our bags down was to turn the TV on! Not to mention the line to check in is way to long. I preregistered online but I still waited in the pre registration line for 30 mins.. rude employees. Rude service. Just all around terrible experience

Liked: There was no indication on booking.com that the water park was closed during the week. We booked during spring break and basically just had to walk by a cool looking park we couldn’t play in. The lady that checked us in said it happens all the time if you book on a third party site. I even got an email saying that all parts of the pool were open so it felt like a bait and switch. The pool that was open was so cold and the hot tub was full of scum. There was a lot of potential with space and location but just no execution. The breakfast was just groceries that were delivered from Walmart. Some milk. Some orange juice and some pre packaged granola bars. We ended up having to go out for breakfast. The room smelled like sewage near the door. The outdoor back door was left unlocked. Basically it was not worth the money when we came for just the waterpark.

Liked: We did not receive the room we cooked, we were told by a front desk agent we would definitely be contacted about receiving a partial refund. They denied it so we spent 480 for a king poolside suite that we did not get and the water park was even closed a whole day that it was supposed to be open so 480 for my kids to get a day and half in at the water park. Stay away
