Liked: There was no indication on booking.com that the water park was closed during the week. We booked during spring break and basically just had to walk by a cool looking park we couldn’t play in. The lady that checked us in said it happens all the time if you book on a third party site. I even got an email saying that all parts of the pool were open so it felt like a bait and switch. The pool that was open was so cold and the hot tub was full of scum. There was a lot of potential with space and location but just no execution. The breakfast was just groceries that were delivered from Walmart. Some milk. Some orange juice and some pre packaged granola bars. We ended up having to go out for breakfast. The room smelled like sewage near the door. The outdoor back door was left unlocked. Basically it was not worth the money when we came for just the waterpark.

Liked: We did not receive the room we cooked, we were told by a front desk agent we would definitely be contacted about receiving a partial refund. They denied it so we spent 480 for a king poolside suite that we did not get and the water park was even closed a whole day that it was supposed to be open so 480 for my kids to get a day and half in at the water park. Stay away

Liked: The slides were still closed since their spring break wasn’t until the following week even though the message on here said they’d be open. The did offer a refund but I figured the kids could still do the pool and I could still use the hot tub. The hot tub was broken and was freezing and ended up overflowing while we there. They ended up draining it so I was not able to use that at all. The kids had fun in the pool. My youngest busted her lip though and when we went to the front desk, as she’s screaming, no one came to answer us. I just wanted some paper towels or napkins so we didn’t have to use the towels to stop the bleeding and possibly and ice pack if they had any. Ended up having to the towels to stop the bleeding and make a make shift ice pack in the room. The food from the restaurant in the hotel wasn’t very good. Was told breakfast was included. Breakfast was only cold cereal, nutrigrain bars and chewy bars. Wanted a mini vacay for our spring break and was very disappointed.

Liked: It's odd to me that the Waterpark indoors has closed hours during the day. When we're staying 2 nights it seems to me you should be able to swim all day. They were closed from I believe noon-4. Possibly 1-4. The Boss Pizza attached is ran horribly. That is where the "free breakfast" is located. No hot food. Just cereal, yogurt cups and a couple Danish options which read "1 only" by them.
