Leaves something to be desired

Liked: The property was unique. It has a lot of potential.
Disliked: The resort shows a water park that is only open limited hours/ days. The pool that is available at usual hours is falling apart and not entirely clean. There was conflicting information about what time breakfast was served. The free breakfast is Great Value cereal, cereal bars and half of the juice offerings had a expiry date of last year. Thin sheets and no duvet.

Disliked: Little kid pool area was closed due to another guest breaking glass near the pool. Staff was rather annoyed when I asked for a partial refund

Disliked: The staff was unhelpful, rude, and intentionally messed up my reservation.

Late Night Disruptions and Outdated...

Liked: The front desk and pool staff were very understanding and accommodating.
Disliked: The rooms need updating and a more thorough cleaning. They allowed children and drunk adults to be loud after midnight in the pool area which echos in the poolside rooms. The pool lights do not get shut off at night, so the lights shine right into the room. The beds are very uncomfortable. On our second day, there wasn’t any hot water in the shower. They are short staffed, which is no fault of theirs, but it resulted in our room being almost an hour late of being ready when we arrived, and the restaurant only had a couple servers. Overall, the rooms need updating and consistent rules need put in place for night hours.

Great! Except for Boss' Pizza.

Liked: We had fun at the pool and our room was alright.
Disliked: Boss' Pizza was extremely disappointing. It took over an hour for our food, staff was very unhelpful and honestly unprofessional, they did not give us the correct food which made us wait even longer, the food was cold and soggy, and the overall Boss's pizza experience was unsatisfactory. This has nothing to do with the Ramada Inn staff who were extremely kind and helpful!

poorly advertised and most amenities...

Liked: fairly comfortable bed and clean room.
Disliked: there was no warning about the waterpark being closed. the pool and “hot tub” was open even though there were closed signs. the pool was extremely over chlorinated making me itchy while being in the pool, and the hot tub jets didn’t work. the restaurant had very poor service even though we were the ONLY people in there. after waiting for boxes for 15 minutes and no staff anywhere in sight i called the restaurant, no answer, and had to go back into the kitchen and knock to find someone. also the soda machines dispensed out very warm soda. would not stay again.
