Amazing Stay At Ramada Suites

Liked: Absolutely loved Ramada Suites. The staff and house keeping ladies were amazing and very efficient and friendly. Great room and facilities and an awesome location! Would highly recommend

Liked: Not much, very average! Air conditioning very poor.
Disliked: Room, shower drain broken

Liked: This hotel called us and cancelled our room less than 24 hours before our flight from Australia due to maintenance issues (which were not explained’). We booked this accommodation 7 months ago for 2 nights pre-cruise. No other accommodation in Auckland under $1,000. We had to stay over an hour away. Do not recommend

Disliked: Internet didn’t work properly and couldn’t use tv as you needed to use some app on your phone that I couldn’t figure out. I expressed my concerns to the front desk but they were unable to help. You could only access internet in your room which needs to be corrected. I could not access my apps.

Liked: Nice clean room, simply furnished but with everything important.
Disliked: No separate shampoo/conditioner.
