Disgusted to have to pay...

Disliked: Mattress was lumpy, used 4 pillows as they very thin.. condition of hotel felt tired. Staff said nothing to 2 customers vaping at the table where they were drinking in lobby area when I arrived back Saturday evening.

Disliked: Dear I recently stayed at for one night on ramada and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the cleanliness standards of the hotel, as well as an issue with parking charges.Following my stay, I developed a severe allergic reaction, which I suspect may have been caused by the condition of the room. The floor did not appear to have been properly cleaned or vacuumed, raising concerns about overall hygiene and housekeeping standards. Given the importance of cleanliness in any hospitality setting, I find this unacceptable.Additionally, I was surprised to be charged £5 for parking per car, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Hidden fees like this are frustrating, and I believe guests should be made fully aware of any additional costs before booking.I would appreciate your response to these concerns,

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: There was a funny smell in the room, but it was clean. Could have been the mini fridge? no cups for the tea or coffee, I only noticed in the morning otherwise I would have asked.

good value hotel and great...

Liked: room was large with comfy bed.plenty of extras like a fridge,two chairs and a good sized writing desk as well as the standard desk.good selection of tea and coffees with plenty of milk and sugar.room was quiet even though we were on the ground floor.staff really pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: only two niggles-one the hotel could fix the other is nothing to do with them.as the hotel is on a welcome break site with lorry parking and petrol station the entrance and various roads off are poorly marked and difficult to work out.i went round three times missing exits before i got the right one.the hotel has a small gym but as it is next to rooms you cannot use it until 0800 which is late if you are travelling on.
