Liked: Customer service Liz at Club Wyndham was excellent Hannah at reception was excellent, we had a minor problem Nigel the complex manager fixed it immediately
Disliked: Could have quieter A/C

Serenity with the views, not...

Liked: Loved the location. So relaxing seeing the water and being so close to it.
Disliked: Being hit up when we walked in, trying to encourage us to go to a marketing thing to sell time-share. Wasn't here to do that. Wad here on vacation to relax. The spa bath is a nice idea, but having to climb that high to shower was a bit of a risk. Not sure how older people would do it.

Liked: Everything, I love it here - absolutely stunning view, quiet, peaceful, the staff are very friendly, kind and welcoming.I don't want to leave...do I have to?
Disliked: Would prefer a Salt Water or Magnesium pool and Spa but I'm a Pool Builder's daughter so pretty fussy and break out in a rash with chlorine pools.The biggest salt water pool is right there (the ocean) so it's fine. Every room has a deep Spa bath so is private and very nurturing.So no complaints at all really.
