Liked: Large room, well equipped included a washer/dryer The check in person was very good and flexible
Disliked: 1. When we returned from dinner we could not finding a parking place under the hotel. The desk was closed so we called the after hours number. We told them the issue and they told us we could not park in front of the hotel and offered no alternative, then they hung up. 2. This is the nosiest hotel we have stayed at. - The fridge constantly buzzed so we had to turn it off- The toilet semi filled every 15 mins ( I timed it) and there was nothing we could do (no off switch) - We were next to the elevator and on both mornings we were woken very early by people loud and long conversations in the corridor outside our door

Liked: The location to airport & facilities restaurants etc in nearby shopping centre. Undercover parking.
Disliked: Rooms could do with a freshen up paint, carpet etc.Restaurant food was over fried, oil probably needs changing & not a great variety of choice.

Liked: Good location near the airport and a great cafe downstairs.
Disliked: Stains all over the room carpet. Bathroom has lots of dust and looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while.It would be helpful to have a reception open for later arrivals.

Liked: Nicely located. All amenities in room. Ample indoor parking. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Attentive and helpful front desk staff. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nitpicking, but two industrial size washing machines in bathroom makes it feel small
