Disliked: There was NO Lindt chocolate bar in our room like last year when we stayed... We were sooo looking forward to our free bar, we mentioned it to the staff and they weren't bothered...Not good

Lovely Hotel

Liked: Lovely polite & helpful staff. My husband & I arrived around midnight after a funeral. The staff offered to cook us something to eat, we declined but were amazed at how accommodating they were.The room was spacious & had everything you could need. It was also very cleanThe cooked breakfast was 10/10. Fantastic choice & very freshWe would definitely return

Outstanding and definitely coming back

Liked: Outstanding
Disliked: Friendly and welcoming staff . The gentleman on the front desk on my arrival on 27/1 at 7:30 pm was outstanding and after a nearly 4 hour journey he greated me with a smile . Which was lovely thank you. Don’t get that often now a days . Food was great too .

A comfortable conveniently hotel which...

Liked: Large comfortable rooms. Room and all public area spotlessly clean. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Location perfect for our purposes. Buffet breakfast was fine.
Disliked: No real criticisms.

Decent place to stop if...

Liked: Clean large rooms
Disliked: Noisy during the night. There was a broken fan or generator nearby that buzzed on and off most the night.
