The property was great however...

Liked: The property was great however the check in staff checked us into the wrong room and then they tried to move us at 9:30 PM. This is absolutely unacceptable or reasonable when you’re already in The room and packed and they also charged me for the difference. Over 20 years in hospitality I’ve never heard of anything so business. 25$ was the difference and they will loose multiple customers for life
