Would not stay again unless...

Liked: Location and price.
Disliked: Magnetic card system in elevator on south side made my entire experience with staff and at facility a night mare. Staff had no control over the issue other than issuing new cards which didn’t always fix the problem. Also it took 45 min to check in. There is just no reason any hotel should let new guests wait that long to get into their room.

Liked: Had to keep going back and forth to the hotel just because deserve it elevator key was not working and also there was half of the lights in the room was not working

Liked: The view was nice.
Disliked: They didn’t say they need a $250 deposit until after I had booked my room online. If you live in a 35 mile radius they double that which is insane! Bought a soda from the vending machine for $2.50 and was charged $4. The breakfast was basically bread. One morning flat eggs , the next boiled eggs , and the next day sausage. Only time I seen meat was the day I checked out. Ice machine was broken and the end all be all was on the 12th floor :/ no Wi-Fi . Just those little things could’ve made my experience so much better but things happen.

Building needs upgrading

Liked: Registration agents are superb maids are excellent All linens excellent very clean rooms very sanitize excellent location
Disliked: Building has not been upgraded room furniture old and worn breakfast poor selections to much carbs all breads more parking needed

Disappointing

Liked: The. Receptionist Bertha was rude. We got to the hotel at 2 pm thinking we could do an early check in which it is very common in all hotels we have stayed, they were very strict about it. The air conditioner machine, which was falling apart and very noisy .The toilet was pouring water out every time you flushed it. We have to call maintenance to fix it. We overall had very bad experiences, this was a surprise gift for my boyfriend birthday and he hates it
